Our Story.

Coverstaff was Founded in East Tamaki
(it’s still our home and flagship office).

After expanding our offering to the wider Auckland region, we opened our West Auckland Branch.

Our team and clientele grew, so we made the decision to open our North Shore branch.

Shamrock Recruitment Group was launched in Wellington.

As our Auckland operations grew, we established our Onehunga branch on Galway Street. 

To meet the needs of our growing client base in the Manawatu Region, we opened our Palmerston North office.

Following an approach from an Australian listed recruitment company to purchase Coverstaff, a management buy-out was completed.

This ensured that Coverstaff remained a New Zealand company and is now proudly the largest Māaori owned recruitment company in Aotearoa.

 Following the sale, it was time to rationalise the business and for our sister company to rebrand as Coverstaff Recruitment…. It just makes sense!
