Roana Carran
Director
“Confront the facts”
Roana is a Southland farm girl who trained as one of the first few female fitter turner machinist, believing “a girl can do anything”. With a love of glass, a deep belief in Ray Crock’s “A good system will make an ordinary person great” philosophy, Roana trained in Australian prisons in suicide intervention. Returning to be with family and to study more, achieving a Graduate in OHS, a Master’s in Business and winning the New Zealand Safety Practitioner of the year award.
Roana says she has been blessed by great mentors and wise people throughout her life. Rather than tell you, allow her to show you what SRG can do for you.

Educated at Hauraki Plains College, Lance trained at Auckland Technical Institute in the engineering field. With over 12 years’ experience in Engineering alongside 8 years in the Recruitment industry he brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.
Lance brings his natural relationship building skills to the table when working with clients and candidates. He develops a clear understanding of client’s business, and his candidates’ career in order to provide the best match between both.

With 12 years recruitment experience in Civil Infrastructure, Building & Construction, Demolition, Asbestos Removal and the Security sector, Ben brings a wealth of managerial experience to SRG.
He has an excellent knowledge of the Wellington industrial market and has also worked with clients in Auckland, Tauranga, Dunedin and Christchurch.
