With a love of glass, a deep belief in Ray Crock’s  “A good system will make an ordinary person great” philosophy, Roana trained  in Australian prisons in suicide intervention. Returning to be with family and to study more, achieving a Graduate in OHS, a Master’s in Business and winning the New Zealand Safety Practitioner of the year award.

Roana says she has been blessed by great mentors and wise people throughout her life. Rather than tell you, allow her to show you what SRG can do for you.
